This page is a plain-language checklist of the categories of personal information WorkDeep collects, why each is collected, and where it is stored. It complements our Privacy Policy; if there is any conflict, the Privacy Policy governs. We collect the minimum information needed to provide the Services, and we do not sell your personal information.

1. Account Information

IMEI, device serial number, or phone number
Precise or background location (location features are optional and only run while you use them)
Biometric data (Face ID / fingerprint checks are performed entirely by your operating system)
Full payment card numbers or bank credentials
Content from other apps on your device

6. Your Controls

Review and correct profile information in account settings.
Delete conversations or clear memory at any time inside the app.
Delete your account in the app or by emailing us; personal data is deleted or anonymized, typically within 30 days, except where the law requires retention.
Export your data by contacting info@workdeep.ai — we respond within 30 days.
